Our refund and returns policy offers a full refund within 7 days of purchase. If 7 days have gone by since the item was bought, we can’t offer you a full reimbursement or exchange.
In addition, we will only consider your request if the item is in the same condition as you received it. For instance, no visible signs of use, or missing parts.

Often, we will make arrangements to meet you immediately, but if there appears to be fraud or abuse, we will be in touch through the email address associated with your order the following day after the refund has been initiated.
Our goal is to ensure that you have a good experience with us. Thus, for your protection, we will thoroughly check the item with you. Furthermore, we will only take your payment if you are satisfied with the product.
Refunds
Once your request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your demand for a refund. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund by way of email within 24 hours after you have informed us.
Exchanges
We only substitute items if they are defective or damaged for reasons due to our failure. Depending on where you want us to meet you for the exchange to take place, we may charge a fee to cover the cost of transportation.
